Eng. Awadh Al-Waridah has joined Chemanol, bringing with him over 25 years of extensive experience in the petrochemicals industry. His professional career was fundamentally shaped during his long tenure at SABIC, where he gained diverse experience across various company fields and sectors such as Manufacturing, Strategic Business Units, Research and Technology, Local Content, “NUSANED” and Growth Projects, both locally and internationally. His most recent influential leadership role was as the Director General of SABIC's "STAR" Strategic Transformation Project. Additionally, he has served as a board member for several SABIC affiliates and chaired many notable committees, both within and outside the Kingdom.

Eng. Al-Waridah holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh.

Eng. Fares Al-Abbad joined Chemanol in January 2024 as Vice President of Manufacturing. He has more than 26 years of professional experience in the petrochemical industries and project development sector at SABIC, where he worked in operation and process engineering sections as production engineer then held several leadership positions at Petrokemya (an affiliate of SABIC).

He also worked on oil-to-petrochemicals conversion projects as a leader of one of the process engineering teams, and as an expert in olefins, aromatics, butadiene, and butene industries, where he holds two patents.

Engineer Fares Al-Abad holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
