Methanol Chemicals Company announces receipt of a letter from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) on 20/06/1438 H corresponding to 19/03/2017 stating that it has approved to reschedule the remaining installment amounting to SR 385 Million to support the financial position of the company. The total amount of the loan which was concluded in 2008 is SAR 703 Million. The company has repaid SAR 318 Million over the past years. An earlier rescheduling agreement was reached on 04/02/2016 as announced on Tadawul website on 07/02/2016 according to which the first payment was scheduled to be made on 15/04/1438 H. and the last payment on 15/02/1442 H.on 9 installments . According to the new approval of SIDF, the remaining loan will be paid in 7 instalments, the first instalment will be paid on 15/08/1439 H. where the last instalment will be paid on 15/08/1442 H. It is worth mentioning that the rescheduling of the remaining loan does not include any additional guarantees in connection with the loan agreement concluded with the SIDF
