Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resins are poly-condensation products of the reaction of formaldehyde with urea and melamine. These resins have higher water and weather resistance and therefore are suitable for the production of panels for exterior use or in conditions of high humidity. These resins provide panels with superior properties and this compensates their relatively higher raw material cost. These resins are the most commonly used adhesives for the production of construction materials.
