To ensure that employees work in a healthy and safe environment, Chemanol has developed stringent health and safety procedures; and conducts regular Health and Safety Risk Assessments to identify risks and develop control measures to reduce the impact on employees. Various operational controls are exercised to this effect, and employees are trained on hazards, risks and control measures.

The Company strives to eliminate occupational injuries and adverse health effects by managing operational matters with priority on health and safety. Awareness and education on employee health and safety is high on the Company’s agenda. Chemanol conducts employee awareness campaigns to provide education on health and safety matters. Employees also routinely undergo periodical medical check-ups.
